At Primo, we always make our own pizza bases, with genuine Italian flour and fresh ingredients – plus lashings of skill and appreciation of what makes a pizza special. 

We even have our own, specially imported pizza oven, because to us pizza isn’t just a delicious dish, it’s also an iconic part of Italian life, one of the country’s greatest gifts to the world. 

Originally the food of the humblest citizens of Naples, pizza is now relished practically everywhere … but nowhere more so than in Milngavie!

VARY YOUR TOPPINGS – JUST ASK!  Raffaele Esposito, the Neapolitan credited with inventing the pizza, worked his magic mainly with tomatoes, cheese, oil and anchovies, but today at Primo he could have any topping he fancied, to add a little pizzazz to his choice of pizza.  If you don’t see your own favourite topping listed, please just ask your server.
